Power Prop Flying Gliders (in wrong packages) - #12 Piper Tri-Pacer
This is obviously not a Piper Tri-Pacer. This is a copy of Power Prop Gliders #3 Grumman F6F Hellcat that comes in the red and blue packages. This is a half decent copy as the print job is poor but still resembles the original.

If you take a look at the mould shape and compare it to the later Hellcat you have, you will see a large similarity between the two, in other words, where do you think they got the later template from? this was the original Hellcat, as of course, sadly the printer was showing age and lack of quality prints...
ReplyDeleteI just took some pictures of them side by side. They are very similar in shape in almost every way except the vertical stabilizer on the later Hellcat is not as wide as the earlier one. It is too bad that the printer wasn't working properly because the Hellcat is one of my favorite airplanes.
